Giovanni Lucini is a Partner & Director at BCG based in Milan, and a core member of the Risk & Compliance practice. He leads the team’s work in risk analytics and technologies and climate risk quantification.
With 15 years of consulting experience in top-tier firms and six years as a senior executive, he has special expertise in developing analytics use cases applied to risk management and deep knowledge of multiple aspects of climate, including net-zero and target-setting, P&L implications, transition financing, transition risk quantification, ESG scoring, and ESG data.
He is currently leading BCG’s effort to further develop tools and methodologies for climate physical risk quantification and adaptation.
